Sejak pindah Surabaya,
suka bingung mau ngapa-in di hari Minggu
ke Gereja sih pasti, cuman yg biasanya pagi
berhubung lokasinya jauh, jadi Minggu malam bareng ortu
siangnya… nah itu masalahnya..
kalo dulu pas ngekost tinggal ajak temen kost jalan
or maen ke kamar temen laen,
buat sekedar ngobrol, baca, nonton tv..
tapi di rumah sendiri.. nggak ada teman..
tetangga di kompleks.. ya cuek2, asik dg dunianya sendiri,
demikian pula dengan temen2 selain asik dg dunianya sendiri,
mereka rata2 padha segan maen ke rumah
krn rumahku emang udah masuk daerah Sidoarjo,
alias Surabaya coret :p

Akhirnya, sebulanan ini ditekad-in,
biar panas menyengat, bela2-in keluar
buat melihat indahnya dunia (weyeh.. apa coba..)
sekaligus.. mengunjungi temen2 lama So, almost every weekend, pasti nggak di rumah deh..

Hari Minggu yg baru lewat ini,
sebenernya udah ada rencana mau main ke rumah temen
buat pinjem buku (ceritanya lagi males beli buku)
eh nggak taunya tiba2 ada ponakannya ultah
(sebenernya ultah ya nggak tiba2 sih..
tapi memorynya yg error tiba2 sehat.. hehehhe..)
alhasil.. mesti nyari sasaran laennya dapet deh..temen kerja di kantor lama dulu,
kebetulan rumahnya nggak gitu jauh dr rumahku
kira2 perjalanan cuman 30 menit-lah..

tapi berhubung temen ini udah berkeluarga,
sungkan lama2 maen di rmhnya,sore2 aku sudah pulang
pulang2 langsung tepar.. kepanasan
sorenya nggak ke gereja, molor terus,
malamnya.. mewujudkan rencana
yg udah disusun dari minggu2 lalu
mengumpulkan ulasan kandidat pilkada gubernur jatim hehehe..
so, bongkar2 koran di gudang,
baca ulasan per kandidat satu-satu..:)
sudah kelar sih, tinggal bikin ulasannya aja
meski belum sepenuhnya jadi warga negara yg baik,
belum ngasih kontribusi penting buat negara,
at least udah usaha buat bertanggungjawab
menggunakan hak suara sebaik2-nya

I gained alot from this activity
It was fun, exhausted but also very excited

For social activity like this,
specially on serving free medical checkup and free medication,
lots of paper are needed to made patient’s registration,
write prescription and instruction drug’s the dosage

Learn the drugs list carefully before the show
place it into groups of internal medication,
external medication, antibiotic and multivitamins

Prepare some copy of that list
for doctors and pharmacy team as well

The patients flow from the registration section,
to the doctors/medical chekup area
and finally to the pharmaceutical
are need to be arrangement carefully to avoid the chaos

The pharmaceutical team are consist of
team to prepared the prescription,
and team to delivered it to patients

To avoid wrong delivery,
patients name, age, doctors indications
must be carefully checked with the patients

After delivered, each prescription has tobe marked

Most important, don’t forget to pray
so your activity would really help them who need it

With a small bus, one small truck and one MPV,
the groups reached the locations
a small village in Kab. Nganjuk,
nearby the border of Kab.Madiun
We reached there around noon
all villagers were gathered at village hall
mostly were very old, about 60-80 years old

we devided ourselves into 4 froups,
first to support free medication,
with 5 nursing student helped
3 doctors were checked about 120 patients
second groups were supporting free pharmaceutical service,
they were nurse, me and one pharmacy store owner
third, serve free major needs (fried oil, sugar, noodles, etc)
and the last, demonstrate waste re-creation
i joined, the pharmcy team

more than 50 kind of medications placed on the table
and most the volunter were having less knowledge in pharmacy
preparing medications were became harder
some of them placed on small & low table in front of me
i had to remember the place of each antibiotics, multivitamins, ointment etc
most prescriptions were consisted of 3 kind of drugs or multivitamin
prepared it fast, made a simple instructions,
put the instructions together with the drugs,
gave it to the patient & explained the dosage
i almost gave up after about 1 hours serving,
it was very exhausted
but luckily the other groups were finished earlier,
so they could helped my team til the last prescription

the whole activity finnaly finished within about 3 hours
and we’re back to the city in the afternoon..

i’m co-incidently red the news about this activity
from my alumni mailing list 2 weeks before the event
mostly i have no activiy on sunday, just stay at home
so i thought i should join this event as volunteer
could be my first ‘giant’ step back to hometown
spread my wings, got new friends,
refreshment after whole weeks working,
also learn about social activity
(on my entire life, poorly i joined less than 5 social activity :p)
beside that, social activity is one of my purpose
when i decide to back, living in my hometown
so it gonna be my first ‘giant’ step
but the real giant step would be
got to wake up early on sunday
which the most lazy day on the weeks and the event would be started on my senior high school place
which’s very faraway from my current home
if i took the public vehicle,
it means i must wake very early,
even before the morning dawn :p
but if i took taxy, it would cost a lot
so for about the 2 weeks before the show,
i still wondering my self, am i willing tobe a volunteer or not but a day before, saturday morning,
i decide later after my finished my works fast
i’d made a call to the comittee at noon
asking whether any volunter or comittee
who’s living near my home
or calling my schoolmates,
who has invited me to join the mailing list
-she lives nearby-

suddently, before i could finished my work fast as i planned
that morning my bos called me, he said
he’s going to visit my store that noon to discuss my works
it used take hours, because he’s very busy man
whom rarely could spent his time like this
as usually, my works on first priority
i prepared subject tobe discussed with him that noon
forget to contact the comittee or even my schoolmates

in the middle on the meeting,
i got sms from my schoolmates
she asked me to accompany her
joining that social event
well i guess, God really has made His call on me so finally, after wondering for about 2 weeks
i could joined the event
after years waiting..
it’s like dream come true…

Once again I just can’t get it straight
Wondering if wandering is my fate

hampir 4 bulan ini pulang pergi kerja pake motor
pake helm tentunya..

ternyata pake helm selain demi keselamatan diri,
ternyata juga baik buat kesehatan lho..:)
apalagi di kota sidoarjo-surabaya yang super panas ini
kepala nggak bakal meleleh kena sengat matahari

ya emang sih, buat yang peduli keindahan rambut
rada kerepotan nata ulang rambut cantiknya
tapi, kesehatan kan jauh lebih berharga

makanya.. kalo naik motor..
ayo pake helm ^_^

Tgl 20 Mei, peringatan 100 tahun Kebangkitan Nasional
Semua mengikrarkan untuk setia pada Nusa dan Bangsa
Memberikan yang terbaik buat Negri ini
Siap sedia membela, melindungi Republik ini
Semua serentak, mendadak tergugah
mengedepankan semangat Nasionalisme

Tgl 21 Mei, ada demo memprotes kemungkinan kenaikan harga BBM
di tempat lain, ada yang menolak Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT)
orang-orang pintar mengkritik kebijakan kenaikan harga BBM

Ironis yah.. baru sehari gembar gembor
menyatakan Persatuan dan Kesatuan
kesetiaan pada Republik ini
besoknya menggugat pemerintah
Semangat Nasionalisme menguap hanya dalam semalam..

Daripada buang waktu turun ke jalan protes sana sini
kenapa nggak semakin giat bekerja
supaya pas BBM naik, hidup terus berjalan
dan mungkin bisa membantu orang lain yang kurang mampu
nggak bisa nerus-in hidup akibat kenaikan harga BBM

Daripada mengumbar protes pada pemerintah
kenapa nggak berusaha bijak melihat
upaya pemerintah untuk menyelamatkan negara ini

Pemerintah Negara kita saat ini,
terdiri dari sekumpulan intelektual terdepan dari Republik ini
Lihatlah daftar riwayat hidupnya
bekal inteletual serta pengalaman kerjanya
semuanya terdepan, terbaik di Negara ini

Mereka, orang-orang terdepan di pemerintahan ini,
berupaya keras dengan keterbatasan kemanusiaannya
untuk semaksimal mungkin membuat kebijakan
sehingga di satu sisi harga BBM akan naik
tapi di sisi lain disediakan BLT

Memang tidak setiap rakyat akan terselamatkan
pastilah ada yg terkena dampaknya
tapi kalau seluruh rakyat bersatu
yang berkecukupan dan yang berkekurangan
benar-benar punya semangat Nasionalisme tinggi
rasanya yang tidak terjangkau BLT pun
akan dapat dijangkau oleh swadaya rakyat sendiri

Mestinya dengan semangat Nasionalisme
rakyat mampu melihat upaya pemerintah
untuk menyelamatkan negara ini dari krisis BBM
Krisis ini semakin dekat mengancam
cepat atau lambat, tanpa diambil tindakan/keputusan,
akibatnya pastilah menyengsarakan seluruh lapisan masyarakat
upaya perlu dilakukan, kalo toh hasilnya kurang baik,
yakinlah pemerintah tidak akan berdiam diri
pasti akan ada tindakan berikutnya

Memangnya gampang jadi pemimpin yang menahkodai jutaan orang?
Memangnya ada yang menjamin tidak ada ketidakadilan dalam hidup ini?
Memangnya yang protes adalah Yang Maha Kuasa,
berwawasan seluas galaksi, bijak dan sakti mandraguna
serta memiliki kemampuan berpikir, berbicara, dan bertindak
untuk menciptakan negara yang aman makmur sejahtera
tanpa ketidakadilan, tanpa bencana?

Rasanya tidak ada manusia, mahluk fana, yang mampu
Superhero pun, tak kan mampu..

Ayo.. semangat lagi..
Jangan hanya mengeluih atau protes saja
Buktikan Nasionalisme-mu *^_^*
